Refund Policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Mitala Candle Co., we take great care in inspecting our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our items, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mitalacandleco.com with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund the damaged product.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable return method.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@mitalacandleco.com with your order details. Once we receive the return and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days for processing, and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.
DISCOVERY SET ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
