Wholesale Policies

These wholesale policies apply exclusively to orders placed directly with Mitala Candle Co. via mitalacandleco.com or wholesale@mitalacandleco.co. Orders placed through third-party platforms, including Faire, are subject to separate minimums, shipping rates, and return policies.

PRICING & ORDER MINIMUMS

  • Initial order minimum: $350
  • Reorder minimum: $350
  • Set size: Each scent is sold in sets of 4 units

PAYMENTS & ORDERING

  • Payment is due within 72 hours of order confirmation
  • Accepted payments: Credit & debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex) or PayPal
  • All candles are made to order; production begins once payment is received

LEAD TIME

  • Average production time: 10–14 business days
    (May vary based on season, order volume, and availability)
  • Rush orders available with a 15% rush fee (subject to approval)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $1,000 (contiguous U.S. only)
  • Local delivery: Complimentary on orders over $500 within Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan
  • U.S. shipping: UPS Ground (rates calculated by weight and destination)
  • International shipping: UPS Worldwide
    (Customer is responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees)

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

  • All wholesale orders are final sale
  • Orders cannot be canceled once payment has been processed
  • Damaged or missing items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery
    (Please include photos and your order number for review)

SAMPLES

We are pleased to offer 1oz candle samples upon request. If you’d like to experience our scents before placing an order, please email wholesale@mitalacandleco.com with your shipping address and the scent(s) you’d like to explore, and we’ll be happy to send them your way.
