Wholesale Policies

This wholesale policy applies exclusively to orders placed on mitalacandleco.com.

Orders made through third-party platforms like Faire are subject to different minimums, shipping rates, and return policies.

ORDERING & PAYMENT

 Initial Order Minimum: $200
 Reorder Minimum: $200

Orders that do not meet these minimums will not be processed.

Invoice payment is due within 72 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Payments can be processed securely through our payment gateway via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or Amex) or PayPal once the order request is approved.

Our candles are made to order, so production will begin once payment is received.

LEAD TIME

• Average Lead Time: 1-2 weeks (subject to seasonal fluctuations, order volume, and supply chain conditions).
 Rush Orders: A rush fee of 15% of the total order price will apply for expedited processing. Please contact us to confirm if expedited processing is feasible.

SHIPPING

 Free Shipping: Available on orders over $1000 within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).
 Local Delivery (Brooklyn, Queens & Manhattan): We offer free local delivery for orders over $350 within Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. Deliveries will be handled by a courier driver for timely and relaible service. For orders under $250, delivery will be shipped via UPS Ground, and standard shipping rates will apply.
 U.S. Shipping Rates: We primarily ship via UPS Ground. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination, and will be clearly stated on your invoice.
 International Shipping: We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs duties and fees, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

SAMPLES

We offer tealight samples upon request. If you'd like to experience our scents before placing an order, please email us at wholesale@mitalacandleco.com with your shipping address, and we'll be happy to send a Discovery Set your way.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive damaged goods or experience any shortages, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please include photos of any damage or discrepancies along with your order number. After reviewing your claim, we’ll either send replacements or issue credit for future purchases (credit will be based on the original purchase price). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
