To ensure a safe and optimal burn experience for your luxury candle, follow these tips:

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish your candle when you leave the room or before going to sleep.

Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use to prevent the flame from growing too large and to extend the candle’s life.

Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface and avoid placing near any flammable materials such as clothing, books, or curtains.

Keep your candle at least 3 inches apart from other burning candles to ensure proper airflow.

Don’t burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. For safety, stop burning when only ½ inch of wax remains in the container.

PROCESSING

Most orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note, processing time may be extended during sales events or peak holiday periods.

For pre-order items, please refer to the specific processing time stated on the product page. All items in your order will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.

Express Shipping (1-2 business days) is available for $19.99.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally via UPS and USPS International. Applicable duties and taxes are included in the shipping rate at checkout. Any additional fees from local carriers or governments are the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At Mitala Candle Co., we take great care in inspecting our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our items, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@mitalacandleco.com with photographic proof of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly replace or refund the damaged product.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products in their original packaging for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable return method.

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@mitalacandleco.com with your order details. Once we receive the return and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 7 business days for processing, and we will notify you via email once your return has been completed.

DISCOVERY SET ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
